Get a Team Sponsor and fill out the the Sponsor Application and your team may be eligible to receive soccer balls for each player and a FREE Team Banner from BannersUSA!  Additionally, your team sponsor may have an opportunity for its business to be listed on our Region website.  Fill out the Sponsor Application and return to Gina Fierro at any of the dates and times listed above.

Team Manager Requirements

1. Have a current Volunteer form and be approved by AYSO. You may also fill out this form online at  
    eayso.org. *Print out 3 forms and have it approved with a valid form of ID by your Region CVPA. 

2. Complete a Safe Haven course. This is a process that assures the protection of our children,    
    enabling  AYSO to check for any criminal convictions related to children and assuring protection of    
    our volunteers. Must have valid ID number given by the CVPA before taking Safe Haven Coarse.

3. After completing the first two requirements you will be issued a region ID badge that must be worn
    at all times when interacting with any team or child in Region 66.
